How we review claims
Heed is published by SK95 Engineering. We make the app and this website, so product comparisons are not independent editorial reviews. Our job here is to make that conflict visible and keep every factual claim traceable.
What we use
Research claims are checked against primary papers, systematic reviews, and Adrian Wells’ published ATT manual chapter. We state the study design, sample, comparator, and follow-up when those details change what a result means. Laboratory-task findings are not presented as proof of everyday or clinical benefit, and null findings stay in the evidence summary.
What we do not claim
ATT has been studied as a treatment technique, both alone and within metacognitive therapy, but the standalone clinical evidence is small and mixed. Heed is not therapy, is not a medical device, and does not claim to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, or any other condition.
How product facts are checked
Heed feature claims are checked against the shipped app code and current App Store and Google Play listings. Claims about other products, channels, prices, or update dates are checked against their public pages and given a verification date because they can change. Roundups disclose that they are published by Heed’s maker.
Limits of this review
SK95 Engineering performs the source review. The pages have not been medically reviewed by a clinician, and translations have not all received native-speaker review. Readers should use the linked sources for clinical decisions and consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
Corrections
If a citation, number, translation, product detail, or interpretation looks wrong, email support@sk95engineering.com. Substantive corrections update the page’s modification date and the internal claim ledger.
